Yes, Inde, this does need to be a sticky or at least included in rules. I was reading a thread the other day where no one was sure about Guru's linking policy. I thought it was allowed, but when I went to check the rules, nothing was mentioned one way or the other, so I did not post my opinion.

Gwonline is trash. The fact that they don't allow you to link to useful information offsite, whether it be here, or elsewhere, shows you that their focus is not on helping their users find the information they are looking for.
